Necessary Equipment
USB Headset with Microphone
You will need to have a noise cancelling USB headset with microphone for the certification process as well as to service!
Dual Monitors
You must have dual monitors to service most brands! The monitors screen resolution must be 1280 x 1024.

To use dual monitors with a laptop check out this HDMI extender!
Laptop Computer
You need a personal laptop computer that is up-to-date with Windows 11 and can meet the standard registration minimum requirements. 20GB of available space, 60GB or more of total space, 4GB of RAM, 120ms maximum latency threshold, and dual monitors 1280 x 1024 screen resolution.
Desktop Computer
If you don't have a laptop computer, you can use a desktop computer! The desktop computer must also meet the standard registration minimum requirements. 20GB of available space, 60GB or more of total space, 4GB of RAM, 120ms maximum latency threshold and dual monitors with 1280 X 1024 screen resolution.
Hard-Wired Internet
High speed, hard-wired internet is required to service all programs and brands!
